CEEW will join withCongregations Beth Hillel, Emanu-El B.Nei Jeshurun, Shalom and Sinai for our annual service bringing the area’s Union of Reform Judaism’s congregations together. Our guest speakers, joining us through Zoom, have deep roots in our area and in Wisconsin. Both grew up at Olin-Sang Ruby Union Institute and remain deeply committed to our Reform Movement. They will be sharing“Stories of our Time: Moving with Strength to the Future in the Age of COVID-19.”
Solly Kane is the Director of URJ Olin-Sang-Ruby Union Institute (OSRUI), the Reform Movement’s camp in Wisconsin.
Rabbi Leora Kaye’s experience spans the Jewish world, including education, programming and filmmaking. As a rabbi she seeks ways to expand people’s understanding of Judaism, encouraging them to approach their spiritual lives on their own terms in sophisticated ways.
As Director of Program at the URJ, Leora is responsible for creative advancement of the core priorities of the Reform Movement:
